Serein has a shipment policy of shipping all over India. The delivery for products over 1000Rs. is free.
Our Normal delivery times is within 5-10 business days, also it’s may vary a bit depending on customer location and product availability.
Through our Dashboard, we make it really easy for you to track your orders. Whenever the customer places an order, we will send you an email-alert and provide tracking ID. You can go on profile setting to view your previous order and new order along with tracking details and new brand information.
As Serein deals with consumer products, you can place a return call through mail at service@sereinindia.com. The product can be returned depending on its conditions & usage. All cosmetics can only be returned if the seal is not opened.
Once your request is approved and your product return is verified. The refund will reflect in your account within 10-15 days and you will be sent an email confirming the same.
